Please note: the following applies only to sipgate UK accounts.
You will find your SIP credentials after logging into your sipgate account.
Navigate to the left hand menu and select Telephony.
Your current devices will be displayed at the top of this page. Click the device you'd like to configure with CLINQ.
A pop up box will appear with your SIP-ID and SIP password. Enter these into the corresponding fields in CLINQ.
