To find your SIP credentials for Inopla, please:
- Navigate to ViruTEL
- Select Endpunkte from the sidebar
- On the right hand side you'll see your Benutzername, Passwort, & Domain. Enter these into their corresponding fields in CLINQ.
- Once that has been completed, your outgoing calls should be set up. To set up incoming calls you will first need to activate all of your codecs.
- Should incoming calls still not be possible, please check to see if CLINQ is showing up as an online connected device in your Inopla account. Should it not be showing up, there could be a limitation on your Inopla account preventing the successful registration of CLINQ. In this case, please contact Inopla directly.
