CentralPlanner is a reservation system for hospitality businesses, restaurants and leisure facilities. Take reservations for rooms or tables within your opening hours via online form or by phone and manage them on your computer, tablet or mobile device.

With CLINQ, you can make calls using your CRM contacts displayed in the CLINQ app. This way, you will always see who is calling and don't have to switch between different tools.

Connect CLINQ and CentralPlanner and then benefit from automatic contact synchronization. All changes or new contacts added in the CLINQ app during or after a call will then be automatically saved in your CRM.

Integration of CentralPlanner with the CLINQ App:

Clink on the User Icon and then choose "Integrations".

In the "Integrations" view, scroll until you find "CentralPlanner", then click on the "Connect to CentralPlanner" button.

In the pop up window you now need to enter your CentralPlanner API Key.

If the Key data entered was correctly, then your CRM will now be integrated.

Note: Depending upon the amount of contacts you have in your CRM, then it can take some minutes until all of your contacts are fully loaded & displayed.

Advanced questions:

How are contacts processed in a privacy-compliant manner?

We use Firebase / Google Cloud. With Google we have a so-called standard contract for data processing and make sure that all services are in Europe.  All customer data does not leave the EEA.  RM contacts are only cached at CLINQ to avoid limitations in CRM's and to ensure a good user experience in the desktop client or apps and then deleted from the cloud. The corresponding services for this run in the Google Cloud and are hosted in Frankfurt (europe-west3). The contacts are then located locally on the desktop.
