Freshservice is rightly considered a very beginner-friendly IT service management system. The business application is an ITIL-compliant solution that lets you get started almost immediately with things like, ticket creation, as well as incident, problem and management elements. Also included are useful functions such as asset management and a service catalog with automatable rules.
With CLINQ, you can make calls using your CRM contacts displayed in the CLINQ app. This way, you will always see who is calling and don't have to switch between different tools.
Connect CLINQ and Freshservice and then benefit from automatic contact synchronization. All changes or new contacts added in the CLINQ app during or after a call will then be automatically saved in your CRM.
Integration of Freshservice with the CLINQ App:
Clink on the User Icon, then "Settings" and then choose "Integrations".
In the "Integrations" view, scroll until you find "Freshservice", then click on the "Connect to Freshservice" button.
In the pop up window you now need to enter your Freshservice API URL and API Key.
If the data entered was correctly, then your CRM will now be integrated with CLINQ.
Note: Depending upon the amount of contacts you have in your CRM, then it can take some minutes until all of your contacts are displayed.
Where to find your API-Key in your Freshservice Account:
Log into your Freshservice Support portal and then carry out a right click on your user icon (top right) then choose "Profile Settings" from the drop down menu. Your API key will be displayed below the Delegate Approvals section to your right
