Really Simple Systems is an easy-to-use cloud based CRM system for small and medium-sized businesses. All your data is in one place, enabling greater team collaboration and better customer relationships which can result in more sales.
With CLINQ, you can make calls using your CRM contacts displayed in the CLINQ app. This way, you will always see who is calling and don't have to switch between different tools.
Connect CLINQ and Really Simple Systems and then benefit from automatic contact synchronization. All changes or new contacts added in the CLINQ app during or after a call will then be automatically saved in your CRM.
Integration of Really Simple Systems with the CLINQ App:
Clink on the User Icon and then choose "Integrations".
In the "Integrations" view, scroll until you find "Really Simple Systems", then click on the "Connect to Really Simple Systems" button.
In the pop up window you now need to enter your Really Simple Systems API Key.
If the Key data entered was correctly, then your CRM will now be integrated.
Note: Depending upon the amount of contacts you have in your CRM, then it can take some minutes until all of your contacts are fully loaded & displayed.
Where to find your API-Key in your Really Simple Systems Account:
Log into your Really Simple Systems account and then click on the "Cog" settings symbol, top right of the screen. Now choose the "Integrations" tab, and then click on "API V4":
In the "API V4" view you will now be able to generate an API Key for the user of your choice, to do this, Clink on "Manage your API Keys and alerts" then "Generate new key".
Next choose your user from the dropdown menu, then click on "Enable Access":
Xlick the "Generate" button to generate your Key. Now copy the API Key and paste it into CLINQ.
