With CLINQ, you can make calls using your CRM contacts displayed in the CLINQ app. This way, you will always see who is calling and don't have to switch between different tools.

Connect CLINQ and Zoho CRM and then benefit from automatic contact synchronization. All changes or new contacts added in the CLINQ app during or after a call will then be automatically saved in your CRM.

Integration of Zoho CRM with the CLINQ App:

Clink on the User Icon, then "Settings" and then choose "Integrations".

In the "Integrations" view, scroll until you find "Zoho CRM", then click on the "Connect to Zoho CRM" button. 

On clicking the "Connect to Zoho CRM" button, you will redirected to the Zoho website, please log in with your Zoho CRM account information:

Once logged in, you will be asked to accept CLINQ connecting to Zoho CRM, click accept so CLINQ can sync your Zoho contacts.

If everything worked correctly, then Zoho CRM will now be integrated with CLINQ.

Note: Depending upon the amount of contacts you have in your CRM, then it can take some minutes until all of your contacts are displayed. 

If your Zoho contacts do not load! then:

- the Zoho admin must allow the user to load Zoho contacts via API /  Settings --> Security Control --> Profiles --> User's profile->Select user --> Allow "Zoho CRM API Access
