Integrating your sipgate account with CLINQ lets you to use your sipgate account as a form of CRM: current and new contacts will sync between the two services, meaning any contacts you save in CLINQ will also be saved in sipgate and vice versa.

Connecting CLINQ to sipgate:
In the CLINQ app, click over your user icon and then choose - Settings -> Integrations, now scroll down until you see sipgate, hover your mouse over the sipgate entry and then click into the "Connect to sipgate" option:

For the next step you will need to log into your sipgate account using your sipgate login details, and then allow CLINQ to access your contact details:

Upon successfully connecting you will see a green banner in the app confirming that the accounts have connected, and the app will show "Connected" highlighted in green. The import of the contacts can take between 5 and 30 minutes depending on the amount of contacts that need to be imported. During the import you will see the information "contacts loading".

synchronising Contacts:

  • When you carry out any changes to contacts in the sipgate account, it can take up to 10 minutes for the changes to show in CLINQ. This is due to CLINQ carrying out contact checks in 10 minute intervals.

  • However, when you create or change any contacts in CLINQ, these additions or changes will show up immediately in your sipgate contacts.

Note:

  • Both Private and Shared contacts will be imported.

  • When you add a contact in CLINQ, this will be imported to sipgate as a Shared contact.

  • The import of the contacts can take between 5 and 30 minutes depending on the amount of contacts that need to be imported. During this process you will see the information "contacts loading".

  • By imports of more than 100,000 contacts, CLINQ can unfortunately not provide any guarantees that the process will complete smoothly. In cases like this, we suggest that you reduce the overall number of contacts down to a quantity that you consider actually relevant to your needs.
