If errors occur that we cannot explain without further investigation, we may ask you to send us your CLINQ system log data.


What do you do when we've asked you to send us your CLINQ system log data?  It's quite simple and can be done in just a few steps, though the steps will be slightly different depending on your operating system.


MacOS:


  • Open CLINQ
  • In the menu bar, which runs along the top of your screen, click on help -> Export logs
  • Save the ZIP file to your computer
  • Send us the ZIP file as an attachment in your e-mail to us


MacOS: log export


Windows / Linux:


  • Open CLINQ
  • In the CLINQ app, click on the ellipses menu (...) and open help -> export logs
  • Save the ZIP file to your computer
  • Send us the ZIP file as an attachment in your e-mail to us
