Apptivo's online CRM system is a tool for managing your sales and marketing. A CRM is at the core of Apptivo's integrated suite of business apps and provides a complete set of tools to get a comprehensive overview of your customers. The CRM includes lead management, an opportunity pipeline with intuitive dashboards, and flexible workflow tools, including marketing automation.
CLINQ, you can make calls using your CRM contacts displayed in the CLINQ app. This way, you will always see who is calling and don't have to switch between different tools.
Connect CLINQ and ActiveCampaign and then benefit from automatic contact synchronization. All changes or new contacts added in the CLINQ app during or after a call will then be automatically saved in your CRM.
Integration of Apptivo with the CLINQ App:
Clink on the User Icon, then "Settings" and then choose "Integrations".
In the "Integrations" view, scroll until you find "Apptivo", then click on the "Connect to Apptivo" button.
In the pop up window you now need to enter your Apptivo API Key.
If the data entered was correctly, then your CRM will now be integrated with CLINQ.
Note: Depending upon the amount of contacts you have in your CRM, then it can take some minutes until all of your contacts are displayed.
Where to find your API-Key in your Apptivo Account:
Log into your Apptivo Account and then click on the User symbol. Next choose "Business Settings" and look in the left hand side navigation menu for the option "API Access".
Important Note: Here you will find the API-Key and an Access-Key. Please enter BOTH the API-Key and Access-Key into the CLINQ API-Key field, using ":" as a separator. Example: "API-Key:Access-Key".
