With CLINQ, you can make calls using your CRM contacts displayed in the CLINQ app. This way, you will always see who is calling and don't have to switch between different tools.
Connect CLINQ and Contacts+ and then benefit from automatic contact synchronization. All changes or new contacts added in the CLINQ app during or after a call will then be automatically saved in your CRM.
Integration of Contacts+ with the CLINQ App:
Clink on the User Icon, then "Settings" and then choose "Integrations".
In the "Integrations" view, scroll until you find "Contacts+", then click on the "Connect to Contacts+" button.
After clicking the ""Connect tp Contacts plus option you will be directed to the Contacts+ login page and you will need to accept that Contacts + and CLINQ can connect to each other.
If everything was done correctly, then your CRM will now be integrated with CLINQ.
Note: Depending upon the amount of contacts you have in your CRM, then it can take some minutes until all of your contacts are displayed.
API-Key in your Contacts+ Account (no longer required for integration):
Log into your Contacts+ account and then click on your user profile icon (top right) and then choose "Settings". In the new window, choose "Developer", in the Developer view you will find your already created API-Key(s) and also have the option to create new ones.
